Community support makes all this happen.
The residents of Wallingford and the sur-
rounding towns as well as numerous busi-
nesses have given generously to ensure that
no one should go hungry. Operations are
expensive -- it costs nearly $350,000 annu-
ally to keep things up and running with rent,
utilities, vehicle expenses, and a small part-
time paid staff. This is where you can help.
A recurring monthly donation of $25 equates
to $300/year. This can feed about 30 families
a week. Master’s Manna also has different
levels of recognition for those who are able
to contribute more. We value all our part-
ners and want to recognize each one. Many
     businesses, schools, faith communities and
neighborhoods also host food drives for
Master’s Manna. This is a great way to get
everyone involved – and it’s easy and fun to
host a cereal drive, peanut butter and jelly
drive or other type of food drive. Everyone
feels like they are participating. It’s a nice
     way to also help out.

Master’s Manna routinely sets up tours to
showcase our operations and provide infor-
mation on how you can help. If you are in-
     terested, please call to schedule.
Master’s Manna is truly blessed with the
support and dedication of volunteers, and
with all the support from individuals and lo-
cal businesses. Their mission is simple -- to
serve those with food insecurities. In the
end, no one should go hungry.
