Medical Assistance Breakfast & Lunch
On Site Lake View Café and Senior Community Café/
Registered Nurse part time on site. ENP daily meal programs, serving breakfast
and lunch Monday through Friday.
Social Services
Social Service Coordinator on site for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP) applica-
tions, Medicare/MSP enrollment, Energy Assistance application/information, Counseling/
Support Groups, over 60 needs for referrals and assistance.
Memory Care
Memory Lane-Memory Care Adult Day Care on site, social-model programs.
CT Food Share Mobile Pantry
CT Food Share Mobile Pantry on site offering fresh food for the Wallingford community
every other week.
Health and Wellness
Program Department providing Health and Wellness programs including club 60 fitness
center, variety of exercise classes, silver sneaker, renew active, recreational and social ac-
tivities and lifelong learning activities/classes including professional presentations and day
and overnight travel opportunities, Volunteer Tax assistance, AARP Safe Driving.
Volunteer opportunities are also available.
